Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of chauffeur-driven transportation services provided by MBCORP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to any client (“you”, “your”). By booking, confirming, or using our services, you agree to these Terms without reservation.

Booking and Confirmation

All transportation services are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after a written or electronic confirmation is sent by our team. The client is responsible for verifying all details including time, location, and passenger information at the time of booking. Any changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to confirmation.

Airport Arrivals

Unlimited waiting time is provided free of charge at airports, as long as a valid flight number is communicated in advance. Our chauffeurs monitor flights in real time. If flight information is not provided or is incorrect, any related costs or delays will be the responsibility of the client.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup time will be charged in full.
  • No-shows without prior notice will result in full charge of the service booked.

Client Conduct

Clients and passengers must behave respectfully. Aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of service with no refund. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client will be charged in full.

Luggage

Luggage is transported within the vehicle’s legal and physical limits. Oversized or excessive baggage must be declared in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund if undeclared items cannot be accommodated.

For luggage handling requiring additional time beyond standard loading and unloading, a fee of 20 EUR per 10-minute slot per chauffeur will be applied. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive luggage volume, special handling requirements, or delays caused by undeclared items. The fee is charged in 10-minute increments and applies to all vehicle types. Clients will be informed of potential charges at the time of booking or upon assessment by the chauffeur. Payment for luggage handling fees is due at the end of the trip, alongside other applicable charges.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each trip and can be made by credit card or in cash directly to the chauffeur. Payment in advance is also possible upon request, either by credit card or bank transfer. Invoices are available upon request. Any disputes regarding billing must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the service date.

Third-Party Bookings

In the case of bookings made via agencies, hotels, or event organizers, the final client remains jointly responsible for any outstanding fees or additional charges.

Pickup Delays

  • Airport pickups:

    • Waiting time is unlimited and free before landing, as we actively monitor your flight.

    • After landing, one hour of waiting time is included free of charge to accommodate customs and baggage claim.

    • Beyond this, waiting time is billed in 30-minute increments at:

      • 120 EUR/hour for vans (minivan or large capacity)

      • 80 EUR/hour for sedans or berlines

  • Other pickup locations:

    • A 15-minute grace period is included free of charge from the scheduled pickup time.

    • Any additional waiting time is billed in 30-minute increments at the same rates mentioned above.

Drop-off Delays

To maintain a reliable and punctual service, we allow a 15-minute grace period upon arrival at the drop-off location. If this threshold is exceeded, a minimum of 30 minutes of standby (“mise à disposition”) will be billed, with charges applied in 30-minute increments thereafter:

  • 120 EUR/hour for vans (minivan or large capacity)

  • 80 EUR/hour for sedans or berlines

This policy applies regardless of the origin of the delay and reflects the operational costs of rescheduling or reassigning subsequent bookings. It is non-negotiable and consistent with industry standards.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any delay caused by traffic, weather, police checks, or any force majeure event. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
